This is Artist Point in Wyoming, an amazing place. I have uploaded this before, but this is a different crop that I think works better, and a different presentation.

View large if you have time! Smile

Thanks for stopping by.

The touch of green on the water really tops this one off, good take. You really dont get a sense of size until you go large and see this is one BIG waterfall Smile

Fabulous piece of work - thanks for sharing
Dave

I really like the short exposure time so that we can see the frothy details. And the rock texture is superb. This crop does work well to show more detail overall.

Thank you Dave. Thank you Patrick, I like this one a lot, but I wish I would have taken one with a longer exposure time as well, just didn't think of it at the time.

The trees at the bottom are such an important feature as they really add scale to the shot. I think the exposure time is about right as any longer and it would have been too fluffy.

Nice capture, Lisa, but I can't help thinking a shorter focal length would make for a more satisfying composition. I'd like to see more of the area around the bottom of the falls - it looks quite interesting but is rather cruelly cut off, imo.
