A pair of Glass Wings (Greta oto), mating up in a tree at the North Somerset Butterfly House, yesterday afternoon.

A trick shot as they were 10ft up in the air on the underside of a large leaf.

The second variant is from a slightly different angle and shows all the legs of the lower insect as well but not sure that it is perhaps a little too close in on them?

They remained paired from three when I arrived till after I left at half past four.

Thanks again to Pete the "bug man".
