I can decide what is more British: That after an inch of snow traffic had ground to a halt or that someone had written something in the snow on the bonnet:
Someone drew a huge one (ie. about a good 50 foot huge) on the office lawn one year - you could only really see what it was when up on the first floor - I'm not sure if I'm proud or ashamed to admit that I was the first person to spot it

Definitely not a confession I'm too ladylike for that
However I've always fancied sneakily planting a load of crocus bulbs in some suitable amusing arrangement - it's a fairly big lawn with lots of room for pretty pictures and/or words of wisdom.....
Well maybe a present for them when you leave
Oh how childish! Reminds me of the year me and my brother iced the Christmas Cake with Willy, Bums, Tits and Wazz. (We were in our 30s at the time and cried like idiots laughing). Parents sort of smiled.
LOL Chris - I'm loving that sort of silliness.
