Apart from the horizontal aspect as already mentioned, you should when doing these type of city escapes watch out for the F stop settings, this shots also seems to be not entirely in focus.So was it just past the optimum aperture setting, was it not focused properly or did you camera shake or move during exposure?
My tip it to take as much time preparing the shot as you would be taking it.

I find the brightness of the sea a bit to bright compared to the brightness of the sky, also on the rocks right hand side one can see the effects of the filters, from dark rock it suddenly becomes bright! Foreground interest is strong and full of motion although the slight colour cast of the surf is not reflected in the sky due to the filter used, if you see what I mean?
So to summarise composition is good, as is choice of subject, good foreground with motion, but needs attention in selective brightness and the orange colour cast,
