You did not really nail the focus on this one. Not sure what Sigma lens you are using ( I have a bag full and they are pretty good) but my feeling is that your f stop was way too open. This makes it really difficult as you have no depth of field tolerance, try sticking around f8 or f11 - if sutter speed is an issue - use a tripod or increase the ISO in your camera.
There are good software packages around that will remove noise caused by high ISO, however most modern camera's cope with it quite well.
Anyway a bit of noise is better than a soft or out of focus image.
