Another one from earlier in the year. I wasnt over fussed because the fencing in front of the lion is still visible making the colours off. But compared to my recent efforts at photography I'm liking it more and more.

Good capture. A better use of DOF would have blurred the chainlink fence out completely and made it look less like a captive animal, which works better for me; but the expression captured is superb all the same.

I wouldn't like to be too close to him (well I would if he was sedated) LOL!. Love the way the light catches his mane.
