Finally got one!!!! My first Robin shot, although its note the best shot in the world as he kept hopping around the tree, please let me know what you think

Two very nice shots, Lou. Pretty good for a first attempt and a lot better than anything I have managed.

well chased and caught V1 for us,like the background.
The temptation would be to suggest a tighter crop but after looking at the shot for a while I think this shot as presented shows our favourite bird in it's native surroundings and is a very interesting capture.

A fine puffed up Robin Lou. Your first capture of one you are after is always satisfying. Try taking some Digestive biscuits out on your travels . You can always crumble some biscuit where you would like to take him and then wait and wait
