Hiya guys, feels like forever since i have been on here, I have been snapping away but with the snow and work and the Christmas rush I haven't had a minute, but I have been compiling these images of my hometown over the past few days, all of them have been converted to mono with the exception of V1, which I have desaturated just enough to take the greens out of the hedges, but leave the gold on the writing on the wall, I hope you enjoy my monochrome study of The Walled City

I will try and get looking back at everything I've missed this past week

Lou xx

As Rob says, an interesting documentary set of images, showing just what conditions are like during this winter spell. From a photographic viewpoint, I feel that V 5 has the strongest composition and is my favourite.
Have a great Christmas, Lou, and I wish you and yours all the very best for 2011.
Ronnie.
