As well as the shots in the woods there was chance for a more long distance landscape view, looking out over the misty fields towards the Sutton Common tower.

This was taken with the longest lens I had with me, a Sigma 105mm macro.

It is absolutely beautiful and what I especially like is that something-or-other standing up out of the mist in the background. A beautiful irregularity above the line of trees where you would expect a uniform band of sky in the top third.
