Digitally manipulated in PS, used the atherize plug in after i smudged, smoothed and softened and adjusted brightness and contrast plus changed colour to sepia.
comments welcome although i know this image may not be to everyones taste, just experimenting really.
It reminds me of the fairground airbrush paintings, well worth a click
Lou very nice manipulation and like the colours and tone!
looks like something you would see on a custom hot rod... like it!
nice work, It's great when people become Adventurous in Photoshop.
A nice ghostly image Lou - like it
Thanks Tony, peter, jason and jeff xxx
I like the effect Lou, but I think it may work better in B+W, as far asimproving yor portraits, I think you will be a little limited by thinks like lighting, maybe having a go at some side lighting from a window, or even using lamps, just make sure your white balance is set right and have a play.
Thanks for your advice Mo, I will give it a go, i've got some ideas but getting my models (the kids) to stay in the house long enough is a problem! lol, LOU x
Hello Louise, your portrait has artistic values which not everyone will appreciate but the details have a beauty, nice work.
Thanks Doug x
We may be new photographer.. but u r a good photographer......... I like ur portfolio .. Wish u all the best.. This portrait is good. I like her expression of thinking.

Superb work Lou , very artistic . Great portfolio .
cheers Pete, LOU x
This is different and works well. Great pic.
Nice departure from the norm Lou, full marks for a classy experiment. If you have another bash why not keep the eyes selected and sharp, that would give it some extra impact?
Quite, quite beautiful... 5
