i agree, its a pleasant enough scene well catured and nicely balanced with grads. the colours are nice and the focus is as it should be
the left hand boat is maybe a little close to frame but i can accept that it was there and there is little can be done.
overall i feel the position chosen is possibly a little unimaginative and has been taken from an obvious pov without any real lead in or diagonal approach to the form and shape within the composition.
probably the best format for this would be a panoramic with a little less water in the lower part of the frame
