snowdrops in the snow

....... today some winterflowers for you to see; they are pretty difficult to photograph; think they look best in a wintery environment and with a little frost that does give a pastel quality to the colours; conditions present this morning; I didn't mind the old stuff on the right from last year; actually as well as in the picture; the old stuff does contrast the snowdrops and underline the old and new theme; not a vote grabber but I like the image in being a small and gentle, soft still-life, a bunch of snowdrops giving a reassuring reminder that the seasons will not fail on us ...... thanks for looking
