This image shows the bronze statue of Laurel and Hardy which stands by the Coronation Hall in Ulverston, Cumbria.
I took this at the end of a moderately drunken walk round Ulverston one evening in August 2009. Fully automatic settings on the camera - point and hope. I wasn't going to use this image until somebody suggested that it looked like a theatre stage set. So, after much cloning, a bit obvious in some places, to remove street clutter ( rubbish bins, potted shrubs etc. ) and a lot of other messing - this is the result !
Hope you like it Thanks for looking.

That's really interesting, original and very clever. Well done and many thanks, I enjoyed that very much.
What a beautifull picture of the Corro Hall! I left Ulverston 22 years ago but loving seeing picture of where I was brought up! Great picture!
