I am a published photographer and an automotive journalist in love with motorsport. I have been a professional photographer in the past and also Assistant Editor of the Indian edition of 'auto motor und sport', a German car magazine. I've had a stint as researcher cum scriptwriter in television but prefer print media. Photography (& cars) is my first love. Shooting cars, especially motorsport, is second nature to me but I am open to general photography too. I've photographed crumbling 150-year-old saris in the Indian Museum in Calcutta for a coffee-table book (Saris of India - Bihar & West Bengal). I like a challenge - like shooting an Indian rock music group named Illusion, with an average age of 13, for the group's debut CD cover as well as the band's 'coming out' live concert. I am very keen on travel writing and photography, as well as portraiture. Currently, I'm shooting to build up stock. Although I shoot digital currently, I have not lost faith in film (and fully mechanical) cameras!
