No flash, in the evening during the golden hour...Can't figure out the source of the weird green lights...flare... The lens is old and has been repaired but has always worked well...until this shoot...any ideas? Never had this kind of flare before...

My guess would be light from the head/fog lights causing the flare. Perhaps try taking it again to see if you can reproduce it, then move around a bit to see if you can get rid of it!!

It's flare from the bright lights in the frame. I'd turn the car lights off — they cause the flare, make the exposure very difficult and draw a lot of attention away from the woman.
