one from the archives the bell tower of Glasgow University i quite liked the quirky angle of the capture comments will tell!!!
Thanks to all for their kind comment on the watering hole much appreciated.
Have a good day grey and miserable up here in Glasgow
The converging verticals all work together very well here, Graham: the green conifer and the lamp post all add interest and contrast well with the stonework of the tower.
Well presented Graham.
Brilliant shot Graham, great pov and composition,m love the processing too
Excellent shot,Graham ,like the beautiful light and colours in this image......
Absolutely love the pov in this one, Graham! My son's old stomping ground for 4 wonderful and indeed successful years! The light and colours in this are so lovely!
Lovely... Beautiful architecture and a good bit of green on show!
I've got a crick in the neck from just viewing the image I guess this might be the view students have after a trip to the Uni bar!!
A 'tick' from me, I like the exaggerated perspective and detail.
its an age thing Dave am sure it will pass tick appreciated
Great pov Graham - I'm never sure with architectural images about what is right
and what is wrong! This certainly works for me and I love your frame.
that make two of us Kate
I like the way you have composed this and also the editing. It adds to the drama of the building. Very nicely done.
I like the angle and the processing too, Nice iamge
Nice one Graham, like the angle you have taken this at, and the tree sets it off very nicely, regards leon.
Do like the pov, Graham ( you hadn't had a drink had you?)
The lamp post and tree all add extra textures; nicely processed also.
me have a drink never been known
quirk works !!!!!
A very good composition, and so well processed and presented.
Composed and processed with excellence Graham, HDR just right for the tones.
I generally have a thing about straight verticals but in this instance the presentation works well and it's leaning the right way
Good use of the HDR processing
A great image, love the 'quirky' angle and the processing is simply superb.
Certainly a quirky pov Graham but, I think it works rather well, somewhere in your processing you are introducing maybe some unnecessary grey into the skies, possibly an extra layer and paint away, just my thoughts Graham,
thanks Mal agree
What an amazing photo this is Graham !! I don't know how I missed it yesterday ! Excellent !!
excellent composition Graham, and the i like the processing.
Lovely shot Graham, great work.
Super p.o.v., effective converging verticals, nice contrast of building and trees and well seen and taken. I like it
Great capture A1------Milky
Excellent viewpoint Graham and its processing is superb. Really like the taking angle.
Great shot.......angle and HDR processing works really well here.
Like the angle here Graham, but again it is the way you process the images that gives a wow factor to this
The angle and colours work for me Graham
the angle is excellent, agree on the bit too much grey though. Maybe it refelect well how green breaks through the grey though!
An interesting architectural study for sure.
Quote: Quirk works !!!!!
A beautiful shot Graham,love your presentation..Lin
Works for me too Graham.
