Good evening,
I've been away from epz for awhile due to work etc. so thought it was about time I posted something.
This image was inspired by the marvelous image stacking work of Ade Osman.
Here is a shot of a newly emerged Queen Tree Bumblebee (Bombus hypnorum), a species that has arrived
in southern Britian over the last few years. I've been lucky enough to have a colony of 70+ in a nest box on the
side of our dinning room. The wife is not overly impressed, but I find them fascinating to watch.
Many thanks for looking, hopefully I will have a bit more time now for photography.

Wonder how you did it. I mean that the bee doesn't move while you take the pics. And ho you don't move ![]()
You got my award for excellence in photography, sharp from front to back, it may be a Bee but the capture is top notch.....
