A glorious sky Annette - the horizon line is running higher on the left I think
and us fussy beggars would loose the twigs on the left of sky.
Since this is about that amazing sunset, I'd maybe crop a bit of the bottom too.

The horizon in v1 is not a horizon but a hill, hence you can ee the top of a bush, hence it goes uphill to the left... v2 shows the whole landscape a bit further on..
you're right about the bottom bit Smile

V2 wasn't up when I commented.
Actually I love V2.
I know you're a precision addict but when I had an image of a hill in the park behind my house,
somebody told me it should be straight! I thought it was fine as that was how it is.
It'll be interesting to see other comments!

Two wonderful December skies.

On our drive back from Newcastle yesterday we saw similarly dramatic skies but guess where the camera was - locked in the back!

V1 stands out for me, Annette.

Wonderful skyscape and like the inclusion of the trees/horizon across the bottom.

Very delicate but dramatic skies with lovely soft colours. I particuarly like v2. The sort of skies where the imagination can see all sorts of pictures and shapes that resemble things. Smile

Holy cow...that's one dramatic sky in V2, Annette. What clouds!

I like the silhouettes and crop in V1 although I would've cropped some off the top to lessen the amount of bright clouds up there. Hang on...lemme try a mod...

...ok, done. Er...not sure if it's an improvement now Blush I'll just upload it anyway Smile
