I've been undecided about this pic for a long time. I like the really moody sky and the silhouetted duck flying into the storm. It has a nice grainy effect too. On the other hand, it seems to have something missing though I can't put my finger on what! Suggestions please.
Pretty much as it came from the camera, a lot less post-processing than you might imagine.

1/1000sec, f/10, ISO 400, 55mm

Is this the sky above the Emitates? Looks pretty close to storm and slashes of rain.

I like this, the sky has a terrific feel of depth, and the duck is 'small but perfectly formed' - couldn't be anything but a duck. It's a very enjoyable shot to look at, and that's all we ask!

Not too sure about the whiteness in the sky looks a bit overexposed? Can,t tell for sure there is no large version..
