This is a lovely flower shown with great detail and nice colour. The only thing distracting from the image is the background.
I use a bridge camera myself and know it can be hard to blur the background. But provided you focus on the flower and your background is a fair way of it is possible to adjust your depth of field to some degree.
Also as a bridge camera works the opposite way to a DSLR probably a setting of f8 would help.
On the other hand you may have wanted the house in the background and it all comes down to personal opinion.
