Thank you very much for stopping for a few moments to view my PF. I hope you will be able to see something you find interesting. You will quickly discover that my main interest is wildlife. That is what I enjoy more than anything.

Ancient!! Married, two children, four grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren. Xmas is expensive!! Retired after long military service (25 years Army )then had to start working for a living. Retired completely 1999 and thoroughly enjoying it.Like most people I dabbled with conventional photography years ago, then got caught up in other things, but came back to it when I discovered digital-which I love. I enjoy all aspects of the hobby but I dont think I need to spell out my particular area.No formal training or expertise and Photoshop often has me baffled but I manage to get by.
EPZ is great fun. Glad I got involved.

I thought that it was time I changed my profile shot to one that, perhaps, more closely represented my current interest. This shot of the Barn Owl was taken during a demonstration that I attended a while back. The owl,although obviously, a captive bird was flying free at the time and landed without warning on the lens of my camera. Just shows how relaxed it was I suppose.
