A great picture, as Jeremy says most of us would be worried about staying warm and would have missed this wonderful image

The Dog's Balls

The Dog's Balls by Cobbage

An excellent shot Jacob, and it will be even better by cropping as Moira suggested. Cloning as Karen suggested will remove the orange area using something like Photoshop Elements but there is a free programme which will help and that is Picasa (just type Picasa in Google for the free download page). It has lots of tools for improving or changing photos and the one called retouch works a little like the clone tools mentioned above. Save a second copy of your photo to work on so that you don't mess up the original, if things go "pear-shaped". Good luck! GrinGrin

Great shot Lucas - looks almost 3D - I can just about feel those whiskers.

Slightly unusual in that the landscape is "portrait" format and monochrome - but this works superbly on both counts.

A wonderful view although I fear I do not have the head for heights (or the stamina) needed for such places.
It's a great part of the world and you have captured it to perfection.

A great picture, Luke - I like the silvery grey colour palette, the super sky, but above all, the light which you have captured on the end of the jetty. Grin

Just came across this lovely portrait whilst browsing. It is a great pity that portraits of children, no matter how good, do not do well on this website.Sad
