Out learning to paint the night at midnight in the cold and rain round St Laurence 'golden ball' church and The Dashwood Mausoleum with a fellow night-owl epz'er. Shame about the cloud cover as not only are there no stars to trail, but we were missing the peak of the Perseids meteor shower somewhere up there.
Wish upon a star - despite the cold and wet, I fell in love with image making once more. Only 1 2 thank 4 that.
Around a 90 sec exposure for the sky, light painted the tomb with a torch, strobe flashed the selfy and double-processed the RAW to colour-balance the sky before lots more conventional PP stuff...

a night owler and stargazer
great opportunities.
I like the sky tree siluet. the mausoleum tomb
looks creepy that lopsided fencing and strobelight.
