This does deserve a lot of attention. Sea and sky treatment gives an almost abstract feel, and then you've got the boat for a whacking great splash of colour and to anchor the shot in reality.

A remarkably appealing and striking image. Extremely effective DM. Did you apply PS motion blur to both sky and sea? I'm just wondering if the distant land should also be blurred but that's me being a petty niggler.
