Since nobody seemed to like the Taj Mahal (well except Pete)
let’s try something else

Light was fading, I was standing on tiptoe on the roll bar
of one vehicle and the windscreen top bar of another vehicle. Handheld at
400mm. So much for the beanbag and complete stillness. We had an hour with this
magnificent beast, he didn't do a lot but it was a privilege to see him.
His name is T24 (maybe his parents didn't like him)

Hi Malum, A great picture of my favourite animal. They are so graceful and powerful and we had the pleasure of going to Ranthambhore in September last year and saw T38 and T24 and another tiger. He was obviously cooling down in the harsh heat. My passion for tiger is very strong and if I can ask a favour, can you send me an email with this one attached to phowe35@yahoo.co.uk

Happy memories, kindest regards, Peter Howe

A great shot with such a high ISO. I was in Corbett & Bandavgarh last month and was told that seeing Tigers in Ranthambore was now nigh on impossible. Well done for proving them wrong.

Super capture. I can remember standing like that trying to get some shots at the dam at Bandhavgarh.
