We have had visitors for the last week so have not been able to do any work in that time or spend time on the pc at all much, they went back yesterday and are due back again in 2 weeks for another week so wont be around then either. For now tho, 2 weeks are all mine! lol! Many thanks to all for the comments on my last upload, and it seems I have been given the wrong info on that plant, by the lady in the market! Janet has pointed out that she thinks it is sea Holly and looking it up ... the pictures certainly look the same ...... but I also had another name give to me for it, Alpine Thistle, so I looked that up too! Lo and behold THAT looks the same too and was given an alternate name of sea hollySo the same plant with 2 names ... or more who knows! LOL! . Many apologies to all for the mis information. And Thanks to Janet and Mavis for putting me right on that!
This shot! lol! a bunch of flowers from .... ASDA this time (thought a change would be good!) this pale chyrsanth looked pretty, got in really close and focussed on the centre to blur the front petals a bit. A very slight crop, wee bit of a sharpen, and just added the border! That is more or less it really! Hope you like! Thanks for stopping by and please feel free to give advice etc! It is always appreciated! Will catch up as much as I can tonight! Take care all,
Karen xxx

A very beautiful close-up with great colours. JNC
A superbly presented shot Karen.
All looks good to me, from the sharp focused centre to the blurred front petals.
Nice range of muted pastel colours and set off with a good frome.
Excellent work, regards Nick

Beautiful again.Super close up.
Yes the horses are still around the car park area at Llangorse. There was a couple around while I was there that night I took yesterdays posting.
They are very friendly but they must have been intimidating for a small child.
All the best Karen.
Tom.
