This is for Sandra of Sandrish fame. She said to me yesterday..is there going to be a manipulation? Well there wasn't as I had tried and it was quite difficult. Sat and worked on it last night and came up with 2 ..this is very soft and delicate ,the other is quite different!
So this is dedicated to you Sandra..the next one might be dedicated to Luis for his bathroom..I expect he will know what I mean!
It is pouring with rain and can't see beyond the garden..ephotozine is a very cheery place to be at the moment.

This one is really beautiful, think it is my favorite, as you can see where it started - I can appreciate the amount of work involved - I love the way this one graduates from the petals outside to eternity in the centre - excellent work - looking forward to tomorrows !

A very beautiful manipulation-- I like the remaining petals in the botom of the frame, giving it some weight--

As to the spider-- the crab spider oftenmimics the color of whatever plant it is on---partof his disguise--- I did not see the spider until it wason my desk top!

Interesting to compare this with yesterday's, as that looks like being the original. You've kept (and enhanced) the lovely soft, luminous effect of the petals, and the fresh, crisp texture. Lovely image.

Your manipulations always leave me wondering just how in the heck you do it Dianah. What I really like about this one is you have kept some petals at the bottom of the frame which I feel weights the image.

Well I have never had anything dedicated to me so thank you very much Dianah! I am sure everyone agrees that your manipulations are fantastic and unique including this one. I feel it could be used in an advert for Turkish Delight.

The manipulations are especially beautiful after viewing the flower they originate from.
