the upcoming storm and the golden light on the tree make a stunning contrast!
The striking light and dramatic sky make a wonderfully powerful image of this lone tree. Hawthorns are one of the best for gnarled shape and twisted form. Another fine one for the folio Mari, it bulges with great images.

Boring to repeat it but this is such a great composition and lighting. Excellent image.

interesting subject and I do like trees windswept like this one, composition is great and this gets full marks from me - love it
