Crop works well, lighting looks great and her eyes are stunning.

It's strange now, I just have to hover my mouse over a thumnail in the gallery and I usually guess correctly which portrait is yours! That is really hard to achieve, you now have a style which is instantly recognisable (something I have been trying to achieve for nearly 20 years!!!)
Another stunning model, perfectly posed, taken and executed. Top Marks!
I think you should start photographing men, really old men, without hair, without style, without teeth! (that would confuse a few people - including me!). I'm sure you would still be able to do them justice (just a bit more of a challenge for you!). Go on you know you want to!!!
