The thumb for me actually makes it look like she's holding the moon, as her little finger will be around the back, and since its covered by the rest of her hand, it looks like it is.
Impressive shot, for getting a child to stand still this long, if for nothing else!!
My only critique would be that you could have done with a little more light on Zoe. Perhaps a touch of fill flash.
