It was shot on RAW and using photoshop I desaturated and adjusted the white balance settings in the raw filter. I know it sounds odd, but you can change the tonal range this way. Adjust the levels , a bit of dodging and burning and sharpen slightly using the high pass filter. The only other thing to do was to convert to tritone (like duotone but with three colours instead of two). After you get the desired colour, you have to convert to RGB so as to save as a tiff or jpeg.
