I like the feeling in this one.
Pity about the tiny 500px size here, as this is just the kind of shot that would be better viewed larger.

John I have just uploaded this shot to my web site. On there it's 800px which is better, but due to jpeg compression it still does not look as good as the tiff file that the prints are made from.

It was shot on RAW and using photoshop I desaturated and adjusted the white balance settings in the raw filter. I know it sounds odd, but you can change the tonal range this way. Adjust the levels , a bit of dodging and burning and sharpen slightly using the high pass filter. The only other thing to do was to convert to tritone (like duotone but with three colours instead of two). After you get the desired colour, you have to convert to RGB so as to save as a tiff or jpeg.
