Really nice image Mark with saturated colours and appeal but not sure about the tiny window within the rock?
To me it totally conflicts with the Sunset effect and seems unbalanced in the composition... Blank it out and see how it alters the focus point of the Image?

Hi Rick, thanks for the comments. I did consider cloning out the hole, but that left a solid mass of dark rock, which I didn't like. It would also have meant removing the highlights from in front of the rock, which again, I thought were important to add a little relief from a large area of shadow.
I think this is a really pleasing image. The composition is excellent and all I can say about the hole is I didnt pick it up as a distraction when I first looked at it. Leads in nicely from the sand ripples to the small highlighted rock up to the large rock and sun. Nice job.
