Exellent shot Mark, love the composition and the lighting really is something! The exposure is perfect which must have been tricky with the sunlight coming through too and the snow is perfect too, right colors and not blown out, very very good image, well done indeed!

So much to see. Well handled exposure and very subtle HDR (I guess it's HDR as the contrast range is huge).

Fraser I don't think it was HDR, I processed it 3 years ago so I'm not 100% sure. I've had a look at the RAW file and there seems to be enough info in the one file?

Wonderful, peaceful & cold scene !.....but that added 'zing' from the sunburst really gives it an edge.....top notch !

:o just WOW! Perfect exposure tonnes of beautiful textures and so much detail to keep the eye entertained for a while, if fact I shall perhaps coin a phrase: This photo IS an "eye marathon", if I needed glasses before I don't now.

Simply stunning really great stuff.
