A colour version of my last upload, with a few improvements which I missed on the b/w version.

Cheers,

Mark.

The light on the cow and the rich golden colours are really good Mark, but I must say that I prefer the BW version. For me this shot is almost too colourful as the sky and background tend to pull my eye away from the animal. Perhaps slightly desaturating the background would help without looking too unnatural. Or maybe I just have odd eyes .... anyway, my thoughts for what they are worth Wink

Cheers Dave for your honest opinion - that's what I want. I prefer the bw version too.

Thanks folks.

stunner!!!!!

I love the colours and that superb light. Really nice shot which I wish were mine! I like the punch of it - the only thing I would possibly do would be to clone out the small cow in the distance as it diverts some attention away from the main subject and, I think, clutters the frame a little too much.

All in all though I like this one as much as the mono!

Yes Rob I did think about removing the other cow, but I couldn't make my mind-up, so I left it there.

Thanks folks.

For some weird reason, the other cow isn't at all noticeable in the mono version, but is in this one. That said, I think I prefer the colour one by the narrowest of margins Smile
