This was taken in Craster a small fishing village in Northumberland. I didnít think I was going to get anything worth uploading, until the sun dropped below the grey cloud and then I spotted the waves smashing against the harbour wall. So I quickly set the camera up and I then spotted Dunstanburgh Castle in the distance, which Iíve tried to use as a point of interest. Also the castle fitted nicely within the concrete frame at the entrance of the harbour. Iíve also gone for a symmetrical composition rather than the rule of thirds.
I was lucky not to get drenched because the sea was breaching the length of the harbour walls - notice the seaweed on the floor.
