This is a rework of an earlier upload cropped to bring the pebble to the left hand corner. The crop has revealed more detail on the horizon and also the dog's paw print by the pebble, I was mindng my own business when this dog came bounding up to me, the lady walking him apologised saying that he had mistaken me for her husband who was a few hundred yard down the beach steeing up for a similar shot, my advantage... I had a pet pebble!

Thanks for looking and also to everyone who clicked and commented on yesterdays upload, you were all very kind! I guess the phrase "keep it simple, stupid" has some bearing after all.

Excellent composition and light Mark. I love those sand ripples - and the pebble and dog paw. Great stuff! So it was taken at the Witterings? As a child we used to visit West Wittering on weekends - loved it there. Smile

Excellent patterns and strong diagonal, Mark. You've got some more 'hot' pixels again.

At first glance I thought oh G-- Dave's gonna want that stone moved, then I saw the double diagonal
and thought good move Mark! The paw mark adds it's special appeal.
