Time for a long over due update! I'm a Landscaper at heart, lucky enough to live on the edge of the Peak District and am often found out there at ridiculously early or late times when work/weather/time allows. I am also trying to vary my work at the moment, trying other subjects such as motor sport. My work flow is fairly simple as mostly what I take is what you get. Images are downloaded to Capture One, where I adjust for contrast, saturation and a curves tweak when needed...and the occasional crop. Then on to Photoshop where dust spots are removed, then framed, named and sharpened.

About myself, well I have lived in Sheffield all my life, I'm married with two grown up sons. My eldest has just become a father (..and myself a new status as Grandad!) so more time lost to babysitting in the near future no doubt. My youngest lad is Autistic, now 21 and living just down the road in Mansfield, we go walking together on Saturday afternoons. Other hobbies include out most Sunday mornings on my Mountain bike with a couple of friends. Sometimes I manage to take some photos too......!
