Many thanks for your kind comments on the Starling. I was really chuffed to see it printed in the Herald Pic of the Day.

The sun woke me early yesterday and I spotted this heron in the loch at the bottom of the garden. Still chasing the perfect ( as I can get it ) heron in flight.
