I took this picture from the Island in Toronto . Could i have improved the light ? any comments more than welcome good or bad

A superb skyline that just had to be taken!

You just need to straighten the horizon and crop out most of the sea, as it's very repetitive. I would convert the image to monochrome and make it more contrasty. The sky needs to be more dramatic, so increase the saturation in the blues before you convert it to mono and you should have a much improved image. This is only my opinion and this is only what I would do if it was my image.
