Sorry for the absence but I return with a photo taken from one of my favourite locations near my house for photos.I went for a day to Duxford yesterday and on the way back home we followed and storm so I pitched up at my favourite spot and took a few snaps.
I tried various different ways of processing but I felt that the mono, gave it a bigger punch I thought so that's what I went with. I hope you like it and I hope to upload some more offerings this week.
Thank you for looking and and always your comments and critiques are very much appreciated.
Cheers,
Matt

Superb detail in the wheat, Matt, and the storm clouds give a wonderful backdrop. Just a bit of ghosting of the tree against the dark clouds.
Very well composed Matt and the detail and clarity of the wheat in the foreground is perfect, I think this works well as a mono. The only negative for me is that you have some haloing around the tree where you have lightened it. Otherwise excellent.
