Stairway to heaven

Taken in Well's Cathedral this was a set of stairs leading to a small room that was used by religious figures historically.

As I looked up there was a natural white light from the door illuminating the stairway. In a religious building this made it look quite like the stairway was leading to heaven (hence the title!).
