Matt - ROFL! Now I might just find a way of getting a galia melon into you with PS!!!
I use Adobe ImageReady (part of the Creative Suite Pro) - you build up the parts in layers in PS, then switch straight to ImageReady and animate away. Only thing is you can't rotate - just move, fade, and do layer effects. So you have to think about layers carefully...
