Very striking interpretation. When I visited the abbey recently I couldn't get a decent shot from this side due to the poor lighting.

The filter doesn't look half as natural as in Not A Sunset, but the effect is still interesting. I'd be tempted to try using the 'Skew' feature in PS to remove the lean in the abbey.

interesting result again from the red filter approach. composition is good and would possibly agree with will about the abbey leaning backwards. not too sure though as it might change the "feel" of the shot. are we going to have a "yellow january" or "blue february" ? happy new year again and see you soon. chris

right.... i think that the red filter is a bit weird. did you shoot this photo intending to keep it colour? but thats just me, also the comp. i think could be more minimalist. i would of been tempted to get rid of the
