Hey mckenna, thanks for your comment on my pic. Keep on this website and you will improve for sure. I've come on leaps and bounds. Ask for advice and you should get it.

As for this shot, you clearly have a good eye for a shot. Maybe could have got the whole ball into the shot. If you have an SLR a polarising filter would take the glare off the reflections and make it look a bit more natural. Look them up on here. I use them an awful lot, nearly all the time.

The angle this shot is taken from adds another dimension to the shot. Instead of seeing the objects from the front, you can see their 3D qualities. Also a nice use of colour; the blacks, browns, greys and maroons.
