Sheepstor on Dartmoor. This large granite outcrop is a well known landmark on Dartmoor and can be seen from quite some distance. It is often used by the Royal Marines and the Army for climbing parctice ( it's bigger than it looks....LOL )

Steve really like the strong red/brown of last year's bracken and the f/g rocks leading you in. plus a nice glimpse of a distant view and a good quality sky ....gets my click.

A good rendition of the old girl Steve. I am quite certain it wasn't taken today. I only use ot for walking practice and to enjoy the views from the top.
