I took this shot on a field trip to the Southbank the final result was acceptable, but a little grainy, so I decided to play around with it on the PC.
I added a swirl, and then manipulated the hue and saturation.
I think it gives a slighty different twist (forgive the pun) to the often photographed attraction.
