A late night trip to London's Southbank with the camera and a starburst filter produced this shot.
It was freezing cold and nowhere near as magical as this picture would suggest.

It is sad that this great filter is almost forgotten by digital photographers. I own a Cokin 6-star filter myself. A great photograph. Nice work.

Thanks for the comment, I love the effect. I used to use it a lot with film together with a correction filter. no need for the correction filter - or the guess work on long exposures - with digital these days :o)

But it wasn't me, it was the 'old-fashioned' Starburst filter. Without that it would just be a picture of a tree with lights on it lol ;o)
