Tom Hoops once again pointed me towards a great site : digital retouch
It's a NY based company, but on their site they offer lots of examples of digital manipulation.
Check out their beauty-hair / correction / shaping / manipulation categories. Very impressive... very scary. Just move the slider at the bottom of the images from left to right... and enjoy

WOW Amazing.

I work for one of the big fashion brands in the UK (I have nothing to do with been creative or photography ) and I am amazed at the time and the work force used to work on images for advertising and correcting images. It must be an amazing job but must get soo boaring after a while.
