I see there is no camera mentioned - was this taken by phone? I don't wish to be cruel, but you're a pretty girl with lovely hair and a gorgeous smile, I don't think holding the camera/phone at arms length does you justice. Also, the flash has rather overexposed your face - giving heavy shadows and very pale areas.
Putting a garbled message in the description box really doesn't help either!
I am voting because the subject matter is lovely and in this case I don't mind the tilted background! Having a portrait taken like this is well worth having another go, with the camera on a tripod (or firm surface) and if you don't have a remote shutter button, put the camera on self timer!
This is what I call a facebook photo I do understand what Karen is on about, But that's the way the younger generation takes photos now I'm not saying I am too old now it is a little bit over expose but that the way some of these photos turn out. All round a very nice looking photo I do like the detail in hair well done
thankyou and it wasnt taken on a phone and i never mention camera and thanks for the comments and advise !

I also have no idea what you';re on about, but I'm old!!
if you want `comments' it helps to explain what you were trying to do?
Overall it's a well framed portrait, overblown due to the flash
