Nice natural portrait showing the environment the subject is in. Good control of tones as lighting is quite harsh.

A couple of things to consider in that the horizon is not straight and try to see if you can add a little more contrast into your mono conversion to give some more punch to the final image. If you have access to photo software to process your images find the levels function and have a little play around bringing the sliders in a little just to see how this subtlety changes the image.

None the less a good candid portrait.

She looks a little unhappy - I presume because it was cold? The light looks quite bright and there are face shadows. You could try using fill-flash for shots such as these. It would fill in the face shadows, and also lift the exposure on the the dark clothing.
